Lincoln Electric FlexCut 105 Plasma Cutter, 25 ft Mechanized Torch, 400-600V

The Lincoln Electric FlexCut 105 plasma cutter Mechanized Ready-Pak pairs a 105 A air plasma power source with a 25 ft FlexConnect PRO mechanized torch for CNC table cutting. It runs on 400-600 V three-phase input and cuts mild steel to 1-1/4 in. recommended and 1-1/2 in. maximum, plus stainless steel and aluminum.

For CNC plasma cutting, the built-in CPC port detects the table automatically, and the non-high-frequency touch-start arc with rapid restrike is CNC-safe. The Ready-Pak also includes a work cable and ground clamp, an input power cord, a full consumable kit with nozzles, electrodes, a swirl ring, a retaining ring, shields and gouging parts, the integrated air dryer with its airline attachment and the operator's manual.

Eight modes run from one machine: drag, fine, extended and precision cutting, gouging, marking, grid cutting and mechanized cutting. A large LCD shows real-time status and guides process setup, and the supply air should be 80-120 psi. The FlexConnect system swaps torch heads and cables quickly, the Parts-in-Place system protects consumables, and the IP23-rated enclosure resists dust and water spray.
