Lincoln Electric FlexCut 105 Plasma Cutter, Power Source Only, 400-600V 3-Phase

The Lincoln Electric FlexCut 105 plasma cutter is a 105 A air plasma power source for 400-600 V three-phase input. It cuts mild steel to 1-1/4 in. recommended and 1-1/2 in. maximum, also cuts stainless steel and aluminum, and works with handheld or mechanized torches. This version is the power source only; the Ready-Paks add a 25 ft FlexConnect PRO torch.

For CNC plasma cutting, the built-in CPC port detects a CNC table automatically, and the non-high-frequency touch-start arc with rapid restrike is CNC-safe. Eight modes run from one machine: drag, fine, extended and precision cutting, gouging, marking, grid cutting and mechanized cutting. A large LCD shows real-time status and guides process setup, an air dryer is built in, and the supply air should be 80-120 psi.

The FlexConnect torch system swaps torch heads and cables quickly, and the Parts-in-Place system protects consumables. Compatible torches include FlexConnect PRO handheld torches and mechanized torch packages with 25 ft or 50 ft leads for CNC tables and automated cutting systems. The enclosure is IP23 rated against dust and water spray, and the housing is shock resistant.
