Lincoln Electric FlexCut 125 Plasma Cutter, Power Source Only, 380-575V, K4811-1
The Lincoln Electric FlexCut 125 (K4811-1) plasma cutter power source delivers 125 A at a 100% duty cycle at every amperage setting and is aimed at mechanized and CNC cutting in shipbuilding, structural steel and heavy fabrication. It runs on 380, 400, 415, 460 or 575 V three-phase power, is rated to pierce 1 in. (25 mm) mild steel in mechanized use and comes as the power source only.
Output adjusts from 20 to 125 A and is rated 125 A at 175 V. Mechanized pierce capacity on mild steel is 1 in. (25 mm), maximum edge-start severance is 2 in. (50 mm), and 1/4 in. mild steel cuts at more than 200 ipm at 125 A. The same consumable set also handles plasma marking on air or nitrogen, and grid cutting is supported. Parts-in-Place detection confirms the consumables are installed correctly before the arc starts.
Arc starting is non-high-frequency (blow-back/contact), which is CNC-safe, and a full-color graphic LCD selects the process with one knob. Air supply should be 90-120 psi (6.21-8.27 bar). The power source weighs 118 lbs (53.5 kg), measures 20.72 x 12.25 x 25.53 in. (H x W x D) and includes an input power cord and the operator's manual. It serves as the plasma source on Torchmate 4400 and 4800 series CNC tables set up for heavy-duty production, and LC125M machine torches fit it with 25 ft, 50 ft or 75 ft leads.
