The Lincoln Electric FlexCut 35 plasma cutter Handheld Ready-Pak is a 35 A dual-voltage unit with a 25 ft handheld torch for sheet metal, light fabrication, HVAC work and maintenance. It runs on 120 V or 230 V single-phase power, reaching its full 35 A on 230 V, and cuts mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

Processes are plasma cutting, gouging and grid cutting. On the LCD the operator sets the amperage, picks a cutting mode or uses guided setup so the settings follow the material type and thickness. The FlexConnect torch platform allows quick replacement of torch parts and accepts a wider range of compatible torches and accessories. On 120 V it suits service work and mobile cutting where 230 V is not available, and it is a handheld-only model without CNC readiness.

The package includes the power source, the 25 ft handheld torch, a work cable and ground clamp, an input power cord, a starter consumable package and the operator's manual.
