Lincoln Electric FlexCut 45 Plasma Cutter, 25 ft Mechanized Torch, 120/230V

The Lincoln Electric FlexCut 45 plasma cutter Mechanized Ready-Pak pairs a 45 A dual-voltage power source with a 25 ft FlexConnect mechanized torch for CNC plasma table work. Its built-in CPC port links to the table with automatic detection, it runs on 120 V or 230 V single-phase power, and it cuts mild steel to 5/8 in. recommended and 7/8 in. maximum.

Guided mode selection on the LCD covers cutting, gouging and grid or expanded-metal cutting, and Parts-in-Place detection checks the consumables. The non-high-frequency touch start with rapid arc restrike is CNC-safe and keeps the arc going through expanded metal, paint and rust. An inline air dryer is built in, and the air supply should be 80-120 psi.

The Ready-Pak also includes a work cable and ground clamp, an input power cord, a consumable package with nozzles, diffusers, electrodes, drag cups and a swirl ring, the air dryer's airline attachment and the operator's manual. The FlexConnect system swaps torch heads and cables quickly, and the same power source also accepts 25 ft FlexConnect handheld torches for work away from the table.
