The Lincoln Electric FlexCut 65 plasma cutter Mechanized Ready-Pak pairs a 65 A power source with a 25 ft FlexConnect mechanized torch for CNC plasma table work. Its built-in CPC port detects the CNC table automatically, it accepts 200-600 V single- or three-phase input, and it cuts mild steel to 3/4 in. recommended and 1 in. maximum.

The non-high-frequency touch start with rapid arc restrike is CNC-safe. The LCD's guided selection covers cutting, gouging, grid, extended and precision modes, and Parts-in-Place protection plus the integrated air dryer help consumables last on variable shop or job-site air. The air supply should be 80-120 psi. With FlexConnect, the torch head can be swapped between handheld, mechanized and extended-reach versions without replacing the whole lead.

The Ready-Pak also includes a work cable and ground clamp, an input power cord, a consumable package with nozzles, diffusers, electrodes, drag cups, a swirl ring and shields, the air dryer's airline attachment and the operator's manual. Mechanized torch packages with 25 ft or 50 ft leads connect it to CNC tables and pipe cutting systems.
