Lincoln Electric FlexCut 65 Plasma Cutter, Power Source Only, 200-600V, K5825-PS

The Lincoln Electric FlexCut 65 plasma cutter power source delivers 65 A on 200-600 V single- or three-phase input and cuts mild steel to 3/4 in. recommended and 1 in. maximum. A built-in CPC port with automatic CNC table detection readies it for mechanized cutting, and this version comes without a torch; the Ready-Paks add a 25 ft FlexConnect torch.

The LCD's guided selection covers cutting, gouging, grid, extended and precision modes, and Parts-in-Place protection plus the integrated air dryer help consumables last on variable shop or job-site air. The non-high-frequency touch start with rapid arc restrike is CNC-safe, and the air supply should be 80-120 psi. With FlexConnect, the torch head can be swapped between handheld, mechanized and extended-reach versions without replacing the whole lead.

Compatible torches include FlexConnect handheld torches and mechanized torch packages with 25 ft or 50 ft leads that connect it to CNC tables and pipe cutting systems. Typical users are fabrication shops, field crews on industrial power and automotive service facilities cutting plate, structural steel and heavy sheet metal.
