Lincoln Electric FlexCut 80 Plasma Cutter, Power Source Only, 200-575V, K4809-1

The Lincoln Electric FlexCut 80 plasma cutter power source is an industrial 80 A air plasma system rated 80 A at 80% duty cycle and made for machine-torch work on CNC plasma tables and pipe cutting systems. It is the standard plasma source on Lincoln Electric's Torchmate CNC tables, pierces mild steel up to 3/4 in. (19 mm) in mechanized use and comes without a torch or consumables.

Rated output is 60 A at 140 V and 100% duty cycle or 80 A at 140 V and 80% on three-phase and 230 V single-phase input; on 200 V single-phase the 80 A rating drops to 60% duty cycle. Output adjusts from 25 to 80 A. Three-phase input covers 200-208, 230, 380, 460 and 575 V, and single-phase covers 200-208 V or 230 V, all at 50/60 Hz.

The non-high-frequency (blow-back/contact) arc start is CNC-safe and avoids interference with CNC motion controllers, height controls and shop electronics. Cutting modes are standard cutting, gouging and grid cutting of expanded metal, maximum edge-start capacity on mild steel is 1-1/4 in. (32 mm), and the IP23 enclosure suits outdoor and industrial use. Air supply should be 87-109 psi (6.0-7.5 bar), the unit weighs 96 lbs (44 kg), and compatible torches are the LC80M machine torch and the LC80 handheld torch.
