The Lincoln Electric FlexCut 85 plasma cutter Mechanized Ready-Pak pairs an 85 A power source with a 25 ft FlexConnect PRO mechanized torch for CNC plasma table work. Built-in CNC ports detect the table automatically, input is 200-600 V single- or three-phase, and mild steel capacity is 1 in. recommended and 1-1/4 in. maximum across eight cutting processes.

The eight processes are drag, fine, extended and precision cutting, gouging, marking, grid or expanded-metal cutting and mechanized cutting. A large LCD shows machine status in real time and guides process setup, which helps in shops where several operators share one machine. FlexConnect torch heads and cables change in seconds without tools, so the same power source can switch between the mechanized torch and a handheld drag setup.

The integrated air dryer treats the incoming air, which should be 80-120 psi, and the non-high-frequency touch start with rapid arc restrike is CNC-safe. The Ready-Pak also includes a work cable and ground clamp, an input power cord, a consumable kit with nozzles, electrodes, a swirl ring, a retaining ring and shields (gouging parts included), the dryer's airline attachment and the operator's manual. Replacement torch cables come in 25 ft and 50 ft lengths for larger CNC tables.
