Lincoln Electric Flextec 350X PowerConnect Pulsed MIG Welder, DLF-84 Ready-Pak
The Lincoln Electric Flextec 350X PowerConnect / DLF-84 Ready-Pak, a complete fabrication-shop MIG welding system, comes fully assembled on a cart. The PowerConnect power source accepts any supply from 200 to 575 V, single- or three-phase, while its DLF-84 bench feeder, an ArcLink unit, brings basic pulsed MIG, synergic CV-MIG, weld memories and Auto Settings.
The assembled system includes the PowerConnect power source, the DLF-84 bench wire feeder with a 60 lb wire reel stand, a Magnum PRO Curve HDE 350 gun and a flowmeter regulator. With synergic control the operator sets wire type, diameter and shielding gas and turns one knob for wire feed speed while voltage follows, and the 4-roll drive needs no tools, uses split wire guides and feeds at up to 1,200 ipm.
In pulsed MIG, Adaptive Arc holds arc length constant, so the bead shape holds even when the contact-tip-to-work distance shifts slightly, and basic pulse modes cut spatter and fume. Auto Settings handle crater fill, start procedure, burnback, post-flow, pre-flow and run-in speed, up to 4 weld settings recall from the gun trigger, and aluminum welding is possible by adding a compatible Lincoln push-pull gun and the K5711-1 connector.
