Lincoln Electric Flextec 350X PowerConnect Multiprocess Welder, Twist Mate

The Lincoln Electric Flextec 350X PowerConnect is a multiprocess welder power source for structural steel, construction, pipeline and fabrication work, covering stick, TIG, MIG, flux-cored welding and carbon arc gouging. PowerConnect adapts automatically to 200-600 V input, single- or three-phase, and this K3443-2 version uses the Twist Mate output connection system.

CrossLinc lets the operator change voltage and amperage at the arc without control cables, which saves trips back to the machine and keeps the job site tidier. Paired with an ArcLink digital wire feeder, the machine runs pulse MIG with synergic modes and pulse programs for aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and metal-core wire, and it also accepts CrossLinc, 14-pin analog and across-the-arc feeders.

The IP23 enclosure suits outdoor work in harsh conditions, and the Desert Duty rating covers operation up to 131°F (55°C). Hot start and arc performance have their own controls beside clear voltage and amperage displays, and the Twist Mate output system gives quick, secure welding cable connections. Typical uses include shipbuilding, pipe welding and heavy industry.
