Lincoln Electric Flextec 350X PowerConnect Multiprocess Welder, Tweco, K4273-2

The Lincoln Electric Flextec 350X PowerConnect is a multiprocess welder power source for pipeline, structural steel, construction and fabrication work, covering stick, TIG, pulsed and CV MIG, STT and carbon arc gouging. It adapts automatically to any input from 200 to 600 V, single- or three-phase, and this K4273-2 version has Tweco output connectors.

The unit reads the incoming voltage and sets itself, so moving to a site with a different supply needs no manual reconnection. CrossLinc comes standard for adjustment at the arc without control cables, and with a compatible Power Feed ArcLink wire feeder the machine runs pulse programs for aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and metal-core wire, with synergic pulse modes to simplify setup.

Feeder support covers 5-pin ArcLink digital, 14-pin analog, CrossLinc and across-the-arc models. The enclosure is IP23 rated for outdoor use, the Desert Duty rating covers operation up to 131°F (55°C), and dedicated arc performance and hot start controls sit beside voltage and amperage displays. Typical uses include pipeline and pipe welding, construction and field work, structural steel fabrication and shipbuilding.
