Lincoln Electric Flextec 350X PowerConnect Multiprocess Welder, DLF-82 Ready-Pak
The Lincoln Electric Flextec 350X PowerConnect / DLF-82 Ready-Pak, a 350 A pulsed MIG welding system for fabrication shops, keeps true multiprocess support. The PowerConnect power source and DLF-82 wire feeder come fully assembled on an inverter and feeder cart, accept single- or three-phase input from 200 to 600 V, and need only power, wire and shielding gas.
Synergic weld modes reduce setup to one knob: the operator chooses the weld process, wire type and diameter and gas, then sets wire feed speed higher for thicker material or lower for thinner, and the voltage adjusts automatically. Pulsed MIG support brings lower spatter, better puddle control and a more forgiving MIG process.
The Tweco-configured PowerConnect power source also runs stick, TIG, MIG, flux-cored and gouging, with CrossLinc for adjustment at the arc without control cables, an IP23 enclosure and a Desert Duty rating up to 131°F (55°C). Typical uses include pipeline and pipe welding, construction and field work, structural steel fabrication and shipbuilding.
