Lincoln Electric Flextec 350X PowerConnect Multiprocess Welder, Tweco, K4273-1

The Lincoln Electric Flextec 350X PowerConnect is a multiprocess welder power source that monitors the incoming supply from 200 to 600 V, single- or three-phase, and adjusts itself, so no manual reconnection is needed between job sites. It delivers a 5-425 A output range for stick, TIG, CV and pulsed MIG, flux-cored and gouging, with Tweco output connections.

Rated output is 350 A at 34 V and a 60% duty cycle on three-phase input and on single-phase 380-575 V, and 300 A at 32 V and 60% on single-phase 200-230 V, where the range is 5-350 A. Pulse programs for aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and metal-core wire work with a compatible Power Feed ArcLink wire feeder, and CrossLinc comes standard for remote control with no added control cable.

Feeders connect through CrossLinc, 14-pin analog or 5-pin ArcLink digital connections, and across-the-arc models also work, with a 40 V DC feeder supply. Typical work includes cross-country pipeline, construction and field erection, structural, general and heavy fabrication, and heavy equipment. The power source weighs 84 lbs (38.1 kg) and measures 17 x 13 x 24 in. (H x W x D).
