Lincoln Electric Flextec 350XP Multiprocess Welder with Power Feed 84, Pulse MIG

The Lincoln Electric Flextec 350XP / Power Feed 84 One-Pak is a pulsed MIG and multiprocess welding system for fabrication shops. It pairs the 350XP power source with a Power Feed 84 wire feeder (a digital ArcLink unit), work and power leads, a shielding gas regulator and an HDE weld gun, and it delivers a 5-425 A output range.

Connected over ArcLink, the Power Feed 84 opens up the machine's pulse programs for aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and metal-core wire, and it adds memory storage locations. The system covers basic CV MIG (GMAW) and pulsed MIG, while the power source keeps its stick, TIG, self- and gas-shielded flux-cored and carbon arc gouging capability for other jobs.

The 350XP carries a 425 A maximum rating, and feeder communication covers analog, digital, CrossLinc and ArcLink with a 40 V DC feeder supply and 5-, 12- and 14-pin Amphenol connections. The work lead connector is Tweco, net weight is 82 lbs (37 kg), and the unit measures 17 x 13 x 23 in. (H x W x D).
