Lincoln Electric Flextec 350XP Multiprocess Welder, Twist Mate

The Lincoln Electric Flextec 350XP is a portable multiprocess power source that adds pulsed MIG to the 350X Construction when it is paired with a compatible ArcLink digital wire feeder such as the Power Feed 84. It supports MIG, TIG, stick, flux-cored and carbon arc gouging. This version is the Twist Mate configuration.

Standard Amphenol connections let it work with most Lincoln Electric wire feeders. That includes CrossLinc feeders, across-the-arc feeders, 14-pin analog units and 5-pin digital ArcLink units. Pulsed MIG modes unlock once a compatible ArcLink-capable feeder, such as the Power Feed 84, is connected.

CrossLinc technology is included, so output can be controlled remotely over the standard weld cables with a compatible CrossLinc accessory and no separate control cable. TVT (True Voltage Technology) offsets voltage drop across long cable runs, and the operator interface combines an output control dial and digital displays with hot start and arc control adjustments and a local/remote switch. The enclosure is IP23 rated, and Desert Duty certification covers temperatures up to 131°F (55°C).
