The Lincoln Electric Flextec 350XP / DLF-82 Ready-Pak is a 350 A pulsed MIG welding system for fabrication shops that keeps full multiprocess support. It combines the Flextec 350XP power source with the DLF-82 wire feeder and comes fully assembled with a cart, interconnection cables and a MIG gun, ready for input power, wire and gas.

The DLF-82 feeder brings pulsed MIG support, synergic weld modes, automatic settings, storage for up to 4 weld schedules and a MaxTrac wire drive. For synergic setup the operator picks the wire type and diameter, the shielding gas and the weld process, and a single knob then handles the adjustment.

Pulsed MIG cuts spatter, makes the puddle easier to control in out-of-position work and lowers the risk of burning through thin material. The Flextec 350XP power source also runs flux-cored, stick and TIG welding, and the inverter and wire feeder share an assembled cart.
