Lincoln Electric Flextec 500X Multiprocess Welder, Power Feed 84 Ready-Pak, 500A

The Lincoln Electric Flextec 500X multiprocess welder delivers up to 500 A, and this Power Feed 84 Heavy Duty Ready-Pak mounts it on an inverter and feeder cart with a Power Feed 84 wire feeder, plus a Magnum PRO Curve 400 MIG gun. It welds stick, MIG, flux-cored and TIG and handles arc gouging, with basic pulse MIG and CrossLinc control as standard.

The Power Feed 84 is built on a modular platform with an advanced interface, and its enhanced synergic pulse capability sets welding parameters automatically. The Ready-Pak is delivered fully assembled on the cart and also includes a flowmeter regulator with gas hose and the necessary cables and connectors.

Basic pulse MIG (GMAW) on the Flextec 500X includes weld modes for aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and metal-cored wire, with stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW) and flux-cored welding also available. CrossLinc lets the operator adjust voltage or current at the arc, even hundreds of feet from the machine, with no control cable. True Voltage Technology offsets voltage drop on long cable runs, and the IP23 enclosure and Desert Duty rating up to 131°F (55°C) suit shipyards and construction sites.
