The Lincoln Electric Flextec 500X multiprocess welder delivers up to 500 A, and this Power Feed 84 Heavy Duty One-Pak bundles it with a Power Feed 84 wire feeder, a Magnum PRO Curve MIG gun, a regulator and the necessary cables under one part number. It covers stick, MIG, flux-cored, TIG and arc gouging, with basic pulse MIG and CrossLinc control for shipyards, construction sites and fabrication shops.

The Power Feed 84 adds advanced process control to the system, and the power source supplies basic pulse MIG (GMAW) weld modes for aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and metal-cored wire. Stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW) and flux-cored welding are also supported, and the 500X is designed for heavy-duty work indoors and outdoors.

CrossLinc lets the operator adjust voltage and amperage at the arc and control the machine from hundreds of feet away, with no control cables to route across the site. The straightforward interface keeps setup quick, True Voltage Technology compensates for voltage drop on long cable runs, and the IP23 enclosure and Desert Duty rating up to 131°F (55°C) suit outdoor use.
