Lincoln Electric Flextec 650X Multiprocess Welder, CrossLinc, 3-Phase, K3425-1

The Lincoln Electric Flextec 650X multiprocess welder with CrossLinc is a three-phase industrial power source that delivers up to 800 A for stick and large-diameter wire welding on thick material. One-knob process selection, fast arc response and CrossLinc procedure setting at the feeder, with no control cables, suit construction, shipbuilding, pipeline and fabrication work.

The 650X runs stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), flux-cored and submerged arc welding plus gouging, with arc characteristics tuned for every DC wire process, stick and TIG. It runs on a broad range of three-phase input supplies, and its internal parts are engineered to stay cool, extending service life in high-temperature settings. The enclosure is IP23 rated for outdoor use, and the Desert Duty rating covers temperatures up to 55°C (131°F).

Power Feed and Flex Feed 84 feeders can store and recall weld schedules, and Power Feed models add synergic one-knob control of wire feed speed and voltage. CrossLinc gives full functionality without control cables and lets the operator set procedures at the feeder, cutting trips back to the machine and clearing jobsite clutter; a CrossLinc-compatible accessory is required. True Voltage Technology (TVT) offsets voltage drop on long cable runs, and the 650X works with most Lincoln Electric feeders, including bench and boom, across-the-arc, CrossLinc and ArcLink models.
