Lincoln Electric Frontier 400X Ready-Pak 1 Welder Generator, Kubota, K3484-4-RP1
The Lincoln Electric Frontier 400X Ready-Pak 1 (Kubota, K3484-4-RP1) is a factory-assembled diesel welder generator package with a trailer that has integrated lights and forklift pockets, a fender kit, a cable rack, welding cables, ground clamps and an electrode holder. It offers up to 400 A in CC and CV modes (IEC rated 325 A) and 11,000 W of continuous three-phase power.
A 24.8 HP Kubota diesel meeting EPA Tier 4 Final drives the trailer-mounted welder, with cold-weather and high-altitude capability, and Auto-Stop/Start reduces idling and engine wear. Processes include stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), pulsed MIG, flux-cored (FCAW), TIG (GTAW), pulsed TIG, STT and air carbon arc gouging (CAC-A), set up through six optimized CC/CV modes and advanced specialized modes, including one for mechanized welding.
CrossLinc carries voltage or current commands over a standard weld cable, so settings change at the arc without a control cable, and True Voltage Technology (TVT) offsets voltage drop on long cable runs. The 7-inch digital display stores weld memory, shows maintenance alerts and offers PIN authorization, and the 11 kW three-phase output can power grinders, lighting, plasma cutters, hydraulic pump stations and other inverter welders.
