Lincoln Electric Frontier 500X Ready-Pak 1 Welder Generator, Kubota, K5350-2-RP1

The Lincoln Electric Frontier 500X Ready-Pak 1 (K5350-2-RP1) is a Kubota diesel welder generator package assembled at the factory with a trailer, a fender and light kit, a cable rack, welding cables, ground clamps and an electrode holder. It delivers up to 525 A of welding power and up to 15 kW of continuous three-phase auxiliary power.

Six optimized CC and CV modes carry the 525 A output, and advanced support covers STT, mechanized systems and pulsed TIG and MIG. The 15 kW of steady three-phase power runs heavy-duty tools such as plasma cutters, pumps and inverter welders, and CrossLinc with True Voltage Technology adjusts machine output at the arc with no control cable while correcting for voltage drop.

A turbocharged 48.6 hp Kubota diesel that meets EPA Tier 4 Final provides smooth, quiet operation, and the 20-gallon (75.7 L) tank works with Auto-Stop/Start to minimize idling and fuel costs. The rugged 7 in. digital display stores weld memories, gives maintenance alerts and offers optional PIN security for machine control.
