Lincoln Electric Idealarc DC-600 Multiprocess Welder with Multi-Process Switch
The Lincoln Electric Idealarc DC-600 multiprocess welder with Multi-Process Switch is an SCR rectifier power source rated for a 100% duty cycle, intended for continuous operation in production shops. The dedicated switch changes welding processes quickly, and full-range output voltage control, analog meters and a 115 V auxiliary receptacle come standard.
This K1288-18 version adds a dedicated Multi-Process Switch to the DC-600, so the operator can move between welding processes rapidly. The control panel pairs full-range output voltage adjustment with a standard analog ammeter and voltmeter that give direct readings of welding conditions, and the rectifier itself uses traditional SCR technology.
A duplex 115 V, 15 A auxiliary receptacle runs shop tools at the welding station. The flat-top case has a compact footprint that fits under a workbench, and units can be stacked up to three high to save floor space. Windings and rectifiers are protected against moisture and corrosive environments for dependable service in harsh industrial conditions.
