The Lincoln Electric Tomahawk 1500 plasma cutter One-Pak comes ready to cut with an LC105 hand torch on a 25 ft (7.6 m) lead and a consumable starter kit. This 100 A constant-current inverter takes 200-575 V single- or three-phase input, cuts hand-held up to 1-1/4 in. (31.8 mm) and severs up to 1-1/2 in. (38.1 mm) at maximum output.

On three-phase power the rated outputs are 60 A at 140 V and 100% duty cycle, 80 A at 80% and 100 A at 60%, with a 25-100 A output range. Single-phase 230 V input gives 60 A at 100% and 80 A at 80%, and 200-208 V single-phase gives 60 A at 100%, both with a 25-80 A range. Air pressure should be 87 to 109 psi (6.0-7.5 bar).

Arc starts need no high frequency, which helps consumable life, and Parts-in-Place holds off cutting or gouging until the consumables are installed. An air regulator, pressure gauge and internal water separator are standard, the ergonomic LC105 torch resists heavy impacts, and the IP23 rating covers indoor and outdoor use. Grid cutting is supported, a compatible engine drive can power the machine on remote jobs, and it measures 17.9 x 11.8 x 25.4 in. (H x W x D).
