Lincoln Electric Maverick 325X Diesel Welder Generator, 325A, 10 kW, Kubota

The Lincoln Electric Maverick 325X is a Kubota diesel welder generator rated 325 A at 33 V and 100% duty cycle for MIG, stick, TIG and flux-cored welding away from utility power. A 24.8 hp Kubota D902 drives it, and the generator supplies 10 kW continuous and 11.5 kW peak single-phase power for tools and lighting.

At 104°F (40°C) it also delivers 350 A at 34 V and a 400 A, 29 V maximum, both at 60% duty cycle. Ranges are 35-400 A for stick and pipe, 25-250 A for DC TIG, 13-40 V for MIG and flux-cored and 60-400 A for arc gouging (CAC-A), and the machine supports a direct-connect spool gun for pulsed aluminum. The DC output handles carbon steel, stainless steel and structural alloys.

Suited to field maintenance crews, structural ironworkers and pipeline contractors, the compact engine-driven welder mounts on a flatbed, service truck or trailer. Auxiliary receptacles are a 120 V 20 A NEMA 5-20R and a 120/240 V 50 A NEMA 14-50R, and typical work includes pipeline girth welds, structural steel erection, oil and gas maintenance, bridge repair and heavy equipment field repair.
