Lincoln Electric PIPEFAB Dual Feed Head Wire Feeder, Pipe and Vessel Fabrication

The Lincoln Electric PIPEFAB wire feeder is the dual feed head unit of the PIPEFAB welding system, built for pipe and vessel fabrication shops. Its two feed heads switch between wire types without lengthy changeovers, and 24 memory slots store welding parameters that can be backed up and transferred over USB.

Parameters are selected and adjusted through a digital navigation interface, and separate operator and supervisor control settings let a shop balance flexibility with standardized procedures across operators and shifts. The feeder also works with the PIPEFAB Remote User Interface, which extends control to other points in larger fabrication areas.

The feeder runs on 40 VDC input, measures 14.5 x 22 x 30.2 in. (H x W x D) and weighs 80 lbs. Typical uses include pressure vessels, process and high pressure piping, heat exchangers, oil and gas, petrochemical work, power generation, NACE applications, dissimilar metals and LPG and LNG storage vessels.
