Lincoln Electric Power Feed 84 Dual Bench Wire Feeder, Std-Duty Reel One-Pak

This Lincoln Electric Power Feed 84 Dual Bench wire feeder One-Pak combines the digital semiautomatic industrial feeder with the operator interface (U/I) and a standard-duty reel. Built on a modular platform, it uses Auto-Settings to simplify process setup, and each feed head keeps eight user memories for recalling a complete welding procedure.

The interface pairs digital meters for actual and preset weld values with full weld sequence control, from run-in and start through weld, burnback and crater. Select Power Feed 84 models add a USB port for memory expansion and later upgrades, and the reel supplied with this One-Pak is the standard-duty type. Isolation and environmental protection are improved, with robust connection points for tough conditions.

The feed plate can sit on either side of the wire drive housing to suit the work center, and the electrode input stud on the wire drive frame keeps a pulled gun cable from straining the feed plate. Newer gun adapters improve electrical reliability with less voltage loss and simpler connection. The drive systems are push-pull capable for running a push-pull gun, and an optional digital gas flow kit shows the real gas flow rate during welding.
