Lincoln Electric Power Feed 84 HyperFill Wire Feeder One-Pak, Cool Arc 55S

The Lincoln Electric Power Feed 84 HyperFill One-Pak is a twin-wire feeder package that pairs a Power Feed 84 bench wire feeder with a Cool Arc 55S smart water cooler. HyperFill runs two wires through one feeder and one contact tip to raise deposition in heavy fabrication. The power source, power cables and coolant are not included.

HyperFill is Lincoln's patented twin-wire process: both wires share one wire feeder and one contact tip on a single power source, which keeps the system simple. Lincoln states deposition above 18 lbs/hr, and over 24 lbs/hr in robotic applications, with a stable arc for controlling large weld puddles and consistent wire feeding. Typical uses include structural steel manufacturing, heavy fabrication, robotic or automated welding and industrial equipment production.

As a One-Pak, it is intended for adding HyperFill to an existing welding system; HyperFill One-Paks generally include a feeder, a gun and HyperFill components but no power source. The Cool Arc 55S is a smart water cooler that runs only on demand and keeps constant watch on coolant flow to protect guns and torches, and Lincoln recommends it for semiautomatic MIG and TIG work. The bench feeder has four driven rolls and ArcLink communication, and contact tips are included. Welding wire and shielding gas are not part of the package.
