Lincoln Electric Power Feed 84 Dual HyperFill Wire Feeder One-Pak, Cool Arc 55S

The Lincoln Electric Power Feed 84 Dual HyperFill One-Pak is a twin-wire feeder package built around a Power Feed 84 Dual bench wire feeder with user interface and USB port, a Cool Arc 55S smart water cooler and a 15 ft water-cooled Magnum PRO 500 gun. The power source, power cables and coolant are not included.

HyperFill is Lincoln's patented twin-wire process: both wires share one wire feeder and one contact tip on a single power source, which keeps the system simple. Lincoln states deposition above 18 lbs/hr, and over 24 lbs/hr in robotic applications, with a stable arc for controlling large weld puddles and consistent wire feeding. As a One-Pak without a power source, the package is meant for upgrading an existing welding system.

The Cool Arc 55S smart water cooler runs only on demand and keeps constant watch on coolant flow to protect guns and torches; Lincoln recommends it for semiautomatic MIG and TIG work. Also in the package are a 7 ft water hose kit, a Magnum PRO Curve 300 gun, a HyperFill drive roll kit, diffuser and .035 in. contact tip, a gateway pendant, a flowmeter and regulator kit, a standard-duty wire reel stand, and bench top and undercarriage kits.
