The Lincoln Electric Power Feed 84 Dual HyperFill One-Pak is a twin-wire feeder package built around a Power Feed 84 Dual bench wire feeder with user interface and USB port, a Cool Wave 20S water cooler and a 15 ft water-cooled Magnum PRO 500 gun. The power source, power cables and coolant are not included.

HyperFill is Lincoln's patented twin-wire process: both wires share one wire feeder and one contact tip on a single power source, which keeps the system simple. Lincoln states deposition above 18 lbs/hr, and over 24 lbs/hr in robotic applications, with a stable arc for controlling large weld puddles and consistent wire feeding. As a One-Pak without a power source, the package is meant for upgrading an existing welding system.

The Cool Wave 20S suits heavy-duty, high-current work, cooling torches rated up to 600 A at a 100% duty cycle; its sensors watch coolant flow, capacity and temperature, it stops welding when a fault appears and it hibernates while welding is idle. Also in the package are a 7 ft water hose kit, a HyperFill drive roll kit, diffuser and .035 in. contact tip, a gateway pendant, an inert gas Y fitting and a cable liner.
