Lincoln Electric Power Feed 84 Single Boom Digital Wire Feeder, No U/I, K3328-1

This Lincoln Electric Power Feed 84 Single Boom wire feeder is a digital semiautomatic unit supplied without a user interface (NO U/I), intended as the feed head on booms or motorized carriages. Process control comes from a remote pendant or a separate operator interface, and ArcLink digital communication connects the feeder to Power Wave 455M, S500 and AC/DC 1000 power sources.

It feeds solid wire from 0.025 to 1/16 in. (0.6-1.6 mm) and cored wire from 0.030 to 3/32 in. (0.8-2.4 mm) at 50-800 IPM (1.3-20.3 m/min), for production MIG (GMAW) and flux-cored (FCAW) welding. Auto-Settings suggest starting wire feed speed and voltage once the operator enters material type, wire diameter and thickness, and each feed head stores 8 user memories for quick procedure recall.

Over ArcLink, the feeder supports digital weld procedure recall and production monitoring with compatible Power Wave sources. The USB port covers machine setup, firmware updates and moving weld procedures and user profiles between machines. The included contactor and gouge kit isolates the feed heads from the power source circuit and supports gouging, and the modular platform adapts to different mounting needs, with improved isolation and robust connection points.
