Lincoln Electric Power Feed 84 Single Wire Feeder, Standard-Duty Reel One-Pak

This Lincoln Electric Power Feed 84 Single wire feeder One-Pak pairs the digital semiautomatic industrial feeder with a standard-duty reel. Built on a modular platform, it uses Auto-Settings to simplify process setup, and each feed head keeps eight user memories for recalling a complete welding procedure.

Features differ across the Power Feed 84 line. Where the advanced interface is fitted, digital meters show actual and preset weld values and the weld sequence is controlled from run-in and start through weld, burnback and crater, and select models carry a USB port for memory expansion or later upgrades. On this One-Pak the reel is the standard-duty type, and the feed plate can sit on either side of the wire drive housing.

The electrode input stud on the wire drive frame keeps a pulled gun cable from straining the feed plate, and newer gun adapters bring better electrical reliability, less voltage loss and easier connection. Isolation and environmental protection are improved, with robust connection points for tough conditions. The drive systems are push-pull capable, and an optional digital gas flow kit shows the real gas flow rate during welding.
