The Lincoln Electric Power MIG 215 MPi is a 48 lb dual-voltage multiprocess welder for MIG, flux-cored, stick and DC TIG. It runs on 120 V or 230 V single-phase power and reaches 220 A on 230 V, and its Ready.Set.Weld system recommends wire feed speed and voltage from the material type and thickness.

On 230 V the rated MIG output is 215 A at 24.8 V and a 30% duty cycle, and on 120 V it is 105 A at 19.3 V and 40%. Stick is rated 175 A at 27 V and 30% on 230 V, with 110 A at 24.4 V at 100%, and TIG is rated 175 A at 17 V and 30%, with 110 A at 14.4 V at 100%. Output ranges are 20-140 A on 120 V and 20-220 A on 230 V.

The operator enters the material type and thickness, Ready.Set.Weld responds with recommended wire feed speed and voltage settings, and the ArcFX display presents those recommendations in real time while full manual control remains available. The base unit includes a Magnum PRO 175L gun, a work clamp, a sample wire spool, a power cord, a 120 V adapter and a pre-installed drive roll; a stick holder, TIG torch and gas regulator are not part of it.
