The Lincoln Electric Power MIG 220 AC/DC is a 51 lb welder with five processes: MIG, flux-cored, stick, DC TIG and AC TIG for aluminum. It runs on 120 V or 230 V single-phase power, reaches 230 A MIG output on 230 V, and includes a MIG gun, a TIG torch and drive rolls.

AC TIG offers adjustable frequency from 20 to 100 Hz and adjustable balance, and pulsed DC TIG is included. On 230 V the TIG range reaches 210 A and the stick range 200 A. MIG is rated 230 A at 25.5 V and 15% on 230 V, with 120 A at 20.0 V at 100%.

Input voltage is chosen with a selector on the rear panel, so the case stays closed. Ready.Set.Weld presets take the material and thickness entered on the front panel and set voltage and wire feed speed, and ArcFX Technology tunes the arc to each process. Spool gun circuitry works with Magnum PRO 100SG and 150SG spool guns; the spool guns and a gas cylinder are not included.
