Lincoln Electric POWER MIG 262MP Multiprocess Welder, Push-Pull Aluminum One-Pak
The Lincoln Electric POWER MIG 262MP multiprocess welder Aluminum One-Pak pairs the 300 A machine with a push-pull gun for aluminum MIG welding. The 262MP also runs pulsed MIG, flux-cored, stick and TIG, and its aluminum pulse process covers 4XXX and 5XXX series alloys, with a 7-inch color LCD display and synergic control.
Soft aluminum wire is prone to feeding problems, so the push-pull gun keeps the drive motor at the feeder and the motor in the gun synchronized to hold wire tension. It works alongside the rugged MAXTRAC industrial wire drive, and the 262MP's built-in electronics also support a push gun or a spool gun as other feeding methods.
Weld Set Memory, ArcFX and Ready.Set.Weld are included, memories are saved and recalled through the display, and synergic control sets a weld procedure from one control. Stick (SMAW) settings for 6010 and 6011 cellulosic electrodes and TIG (GTAW) capability extend the package to automotive, fabrication, education and maintenance work.
