The Lincoln Electric POWER MIG 262P is a pulsed MIG welder with a 300 A maximum output for flux-cored, MIG and pulsed MIG welding. It runs on 208/230/460/575 V single-phase input, and a 7-inch color display with synergic single-control setup, Weld Set Memory, ArcFX and Ready.Set.Weld keeps operation simple. Typical jobs run from auto body repair to general fabrication, maintenance and welding education.

Dedicated aluminum pulse programs cover 4XXX and 5XXX series alloys, and built-in electronics support push, spool and push-pull guns for aluminum feeding. The MAXTRAC industrial wire drive holds a steady wire feed for even weld quality over long production runs, and the improved memory recall interface saves and retrieves weld parameters. Synergic control sets a complete weld procedure from one control.

Input current is 49.1/44/22.1/17.6 A across 208/230/460/575 V, 60 Hz single-phase. Output covers 5-300 A DC in CV mode with 90 V open-circuit voltage, and the machine has a 12-pin Amphenol connector and a lug-type work lead connection.
