The Lincoln Electric POWER MIG 360MP multiprocess welder Aluminum Front Trigger One-Pak is the auto repair version, configured for automotive aluminum work around a front-trigger push-pull gun and automotive-specific aluminum accessories. The machine also runs MIG, pulsed MIG, flux-cored, stick and TIG from a 7-inch color display.

The aluminum pulse process is optimized for the 4XXX and 5XXX series alloys common in modern vehicle construction, and Pulse-on-Pulse gives welds on aluminum body panels a stacked-dime appearance. Power Mode keeps the arc stable and smooth for short-arc welding on steel components.

Synergic control lets technicians set a weld procedure from a single control, and ArcFX technology, memory capability and Ready.Set.Weld quick setup are reached through the display. Pulse is available for both MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW), with stick (SMAW) and flux-cored welding also supported.
