Lincoln Electric Power Wave S350 Multiprocess Welder, Pulsed MIG, 350A, 200-600V

The Lincoln Electric Power Wave S350 multiprocess welder is an advanced process power source with up to 350 A for MIG (GMAW), flux-cored (FCAW), pulsed MIG (GMAW-P), stick (SMAW) and TIG (GTAW). Waveform Control Technology shapes the arc for each process and material, and PowerConnect accepts 200-600 V single- or three-phase input.

Ethernet connectivity supports remote monitoring, weld data logging and CheckPoint integration, and standard access to Power Wave Manager and Checkpoint Production Monitoring covers remote configuration, process control and quality assurance. The S350 works with Lincoln PowerFeed wire feeders and automated welding systems, and its modular platform lets modules stack directly beneath the power source, whether the setup is stationary or on a cart.

The IP23-rated enclosure is designed for harsh environments, and the Tribrid Power Module provides high power factor and efficiency. Typical work includes structural steel and heavy plate with pulsed MIG or FCAW, pipe root passes with the STT process, pressure vessels with arc data monitoring, automated cells and semi-automated stations, and shipbuilding and offshore fabrication. The optional 115 V (10 A) AC duplex receptacle features Surge Blocker Technology.
