Lincoln Electric Power Wave S500 Multiprocess Welder, Power Feed 84 One-Pak
The Lincoln Electric Power Wave S500 multiprocess welder is paired with a Power Feed 84 in this One-Pak, which groups all configuration components in one package for quick setup. PowerConnect accepts 200-600 V single- or three-phase input, and the advanced process power source is IP23 rated.
The S500 uses advanced welding waveforms and sits on a modular platform, so modules stack directly beneath the power source for a fixed station or a cart-mounted setup. Standard access to Power Wave Manager and Checkpoint Production Monitoring supports remote configuration, process control and quality assurance.
PowerConnect adjusts automatically to 200-600 V at 50 or 60 Hz and keeps welding output constant across that range, and the Tribrid Power Module provides high power factor and efficiency. Smart Fan Operation runs the fan only when needed, and the 115 V (10 A) AC duplex auxiliary receptacle uses Surge Blocker Technology so grinders, which can draw 60 A or more at peak surge, do not affect the weld.
