Lincoln Electric Precision TIG 275 TIG/Stick Welder, 2-340A, 460/575V, K2619-2
The Lincoln Electric Precision TIG 275 is a TIG and stick welder for industrial maintenance and fabrication shops, and this version runs on 460/575 V single-phase, 60 Hz power. Its 2 to 340 A output range covers thin and thick material, Micro-Start II technology improves arc starts and stability, and it takes 5/32 in. (4.0 mm) stick electrodes.
For aluminum TIG welding, AC Auto Balance automatically sets the mix of cleaning and penetration, or the AC balance can be adjusted by hand to increase or decrease either. Micro-Start II technology also helps produce more precise welds and crater fills, and the wide amperage range lets one machine handle both ends of the material thickness spectrum.
An optional Advanced Pulse Control panel adds a TIG pulser that limits distortion from excess heat input and helps moderate filler metal deposition for a consistent bead appearance. The side-mounted torch holder and connections simplify cable management, protect the leads and give the torch a place to rest when not in use.
