Lincoln Electric Precision TIG 275 TIG/Stick Welder Ready-Pak, 2-340A, K2618-1
The Lincoln Electric Precision TIG 275 Ready-Pak is a TIG and stick welder package for maintenance and fabrication work, from construction and automotive repair to marine fabrication and food, beverage and pharmaceutical equipment production. It offers a 2 to 340 A output range, Micro-Start II arc starting and 5/32 in. (4.0 mm) stick electrode capability.
The Ready-Pak configuration assembles the essential components with the power source so the welder is ready to put to work. For aluminum, AC Auto Balance sets the cleaning and penetration mix automatically, and manual AC balance lets skilled operators fine-tune cleaning or penetration. Micro-Start II technology improves arc initiation and stability and helps with precise welds and crater fills.
An optional Advanced Pulse Control panel adds a TIG pulser that limits distortion from excess heat input and helps moderate filler metal deposition for a consistent bead appearance. The side-mounted torch holder and connections simplify cable management, protect the leads and give the torch a place to rest when not in use. The 2 to 340 A range handles delicate thin material at the low end and heavier sections at the top.
