The Lincoln Electric Precision TIG 375 is an AC/DC TIG welder with stick capability and a built-in TIG pulser, configured in this K2622-1 version for 208/230/460 V single-phase, 60 Hz power. A 2-420 A output range takes it from thin sheet to thicker sections, using AC for aluminum and DC for steel and stainless.

Micro-Start II technology gives smooth, controlled starts at low amperage, holds the arc steady through the weld and finishes with a precise crater fill. For aluminum welding, AC Auto Balance chooses the ratio of oxide cleaning to penetration by itself, while a manual override lets the welder set the balance by hand. The TIG pulser comes standard on the 375; switched on, it lowers heat input so thin parts warp and burn through less, and it keeps bead appearance and filler deposition more even.

The machine also runs stick (SMAW) with electrodes up to 5/32 in. (4.0 mm), which makes it useful for maintenance and repair alongside TIG (GTAW) work. A side-mounted torch holder and connections keep cables organized and protected and give the torch a place to rest between welds. Typical applications include aerospace and precision TIG jobs, motorsports and custom fabrication, and production welding.
