The Lincoln Electric Precision TIG 375 is an AC/DC TIG welder with stick capability and a built-in TIG pulser; this K2622-2 version is set up for 230/460/575 V single-phase, 60 Hz input. Its 2-420 A output range spans thin sheet through thicker material, with AC for aluminum and DC for steel and stainless.

Arc starts come from Micro-Start II, which keeps low-amperage starts smooth, steadies the arc during the weld and gives a precise crater fill at the end. When welding aluminum, AC Auto Balance sets the cleaning-to-penetration mix automatically, and the balance can be adjusted manually for more cleaning or deeper penetration. The built-in TIG pulser, standard on the 375, reduces heat input to control distortion and burn-through on thin material and helps keep the bead consistent.

Stick (SMAW) is available too, with electrodes up to 5/32 in. (4.0 mm), so one power source covers TIG (GTAW) fabrication as well as maintenance and repair work. Cables stay organized with the side-mounted torch holder and connections, which also protect the leads and park the torch between welds. The 375 is aimed at aerospace and precision TIG work, motorsports, custom and production fabrication, and maintenance operations.
