Lincoln Electric Precision TIG 375 AC/DC TIG Welder Ready-Pak, Cooler and Cart

The Lincoln Electric Precision TIG 375 Ready-Pak is a water-cooled AC/DC TIG welder package built around the 2-420 A power source. It adds an under-cooler cart, a K1828-1 water cooler, a PTW-20 water-cooled TIG torch rated 250 A on a 25 ft (7.6 m) cable, a Foot Amptrol and a Harris gas regulator/flowmeter.

The Ready-Pak pairs the welder with an under-cooler cart, the K1828-1 water cooler, a PTW-20 torch rated 250 A with 25 ft (7.6 m) cable (K1784-4), a Foot Amptrol on a 25 ft (7.6 m) cable assembly (K870), a Harris gas regulator/flowmeter with a 10 ft (3.0 m) hose kit (3100211) and a work cable. With the cooler and the water-cooled torch, the Ready-Pak is configured for water-cooled TIG (GTAW) work.

The power source brings Micro-Start II for smooth low-amperage starts and precise crater fills, AC Auto Balance with a manual override for aluminum welding, and a built-in TIG pulser that lowers heat input on thin material to limit distortion and burn-through. Stick (SMAW) is supported with electrodes up to 5/32 in. (4.0 mm), and a side-mounted holder keeps the torch and its cable organized.
