Lincoln Electric Prism DownDraft Table with Mechanized Cleaning, 208-230/460V

The Lincoln Electric Prism DownDraft Table with Mechanized Cleaning is a downdraft welding table that pairs a workbench with built-in welding fume extraction and an automatic filter cleaning system. This version runs on 208-230/460 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz power and extracts 1750 CFM in total, and Lincoln rates its main filters to last up to 4 times longer.

The on-board cleaning mechanism fires blasts of compressed air, drawn from an external supply, to knock particulate off the filter surfaces and stretch the interval between filter replacements. Extraction splits 80% backdraft and 20% downdraft, which suits welding, grinding and light-duty plasma cutting up to 50 amps, and a three-stage spark arrestor captures hot particulate before it reaches the filter chamber.

Controls, filters and collection drawers are all reached from the front of the table. Noise is 78 dB(A) without options, 74 dB(A) with a silencer and 71 dB(A) with both a silencer and a HEPA kit, and the compact table can be placed in several locations around a welding shop.
