Lincoln Electric Prism Mobile Welding Fume Extractor, 10 ft Arm, MERV 16

The Lincoln Electric Prism Mobile is a low-vacuum mobile welding fume extractor for light to medium duty work in changing locations, and this One-Pak pairs it with a 10 ft extraction arm and a MERV 16 filter. Front casters and rear wheels let it follow the work, and Lincoln aims it at small manufacturing shops, maintenance and repair, and training schools.

Airflow is 735 CFM with a flexible 10 ft or 13 ft extraction arm, and the real figure varies with arm length, fan type and system maintenance. Beyond the included arm, the Prism Mobile line can take other extraction arm models or a hose and hood set, and extraction arms give motion and reach around the work area.

An internal spark arrestor acts as a pre-filter, catching larger-sized particulate and keeping sparks off the filter. A filter status indicator gives a visual guide to remaining filter life, and the large surface area filter means fewer changeovers. The unit reduces dust and dirt for the operator and the surrounding work area, and it is not suitable for cutting or arc gouging.
