Lincoln Electric Prism Mobile Welding Fume Extractor, 13 ft Arm, MERV 16

The Lincoln Electric Prism Mobile is a low-vacuum mobile welding fume extractor for light to medium duty work in changing locations, and this One-Pak pairs it with a 13 ft extraction arm and a MERV 16 filter. Front casters and rear wheels let it follow the work, and Lincoln aims it at small manufacturing, schools and training, fabrication, and plant maintenance and repair.

Airflow is 735 CFM with a flexible 10 ft or 13 ft extraction arm, and the real figure varies with arm length, fan type and system maintenance. Beyond the included arm, the Prism Mobile line can take other extraction arm models or a hose and hood set, and extraction arms give motion and reach around the work area.

The filter is a disposable, non-cleaning type with a large 538 sq ft filter area, so it needs fewer changes. A color-coded indicator shows remaining filter life, the main filter is replaced without tools, and on/off operation can be manual or automatic. An internal spark arrestor acts as a pre-filter, catching larger-sized particulate and keeping sparks off the filter. The unit is not suitable for cutting or arc gouging.
