Lincoln Electric Prism Mobile Mechanized Fume Extractor 13 ft MERV 14 Arc Sensor

This Lincoln Electric Prism Mobile welding fume extractor with Mechanized Cleaning is a One-Pak configured with a 13 ft extraction arm and a MERV 14 filter, plus an Arc Sensor/Lamp Kit. The low-vacuum unit rolls on front casters and rear wheels to each work area, and its RotaPulse system cleans the filter automatically, which cuts routine maintenance.

Rated airflow is 735 CFM with the flexible 10 ft or 13 ft extraction arm, and the CFM actually delivered depends on arm length, fan type and how well the system is kept up. An internal spark arrestor serves as a pre-filter for larger particulate and keeps sparks away from the filter. It is built for light to medium duty welding fume extraction wherever the work moves, but it should not be used for cutting or arc gouging.

Its main filter is rated for up to 4 times the life of the filter in the Prism Mobile, a color-coded indicator shows filter status, and the main filter comes out without tools. The large filter surface means fewer changes and lower running costs, and the unit can be switched on and off manually or automatically. Typical users include small manufacturing facilities, schools and training programs, fabrication shops, and plant maintenance and repair teams.
