Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount Mechanized Fume Extractor, 5-8 ft, Arc Sensor

This Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount welding fume extractor with Mechanized Cleaning is a One-Pak that pairs a single counterweighted telescopic 5-8 ft extraction arm with a Prism 2400 fan, a self-cleaning MERV 16 filter and an Arc Sensor/Lamp Kit. The wall-mounted, low-vacuum unit serves fixed work stations in job shops, welding schools and maintenance departments where floor space is tight.

The Prism 2400 fan runs on 115 V, 1-phase, 60 Hz power at 1 HP and uses self-cleaning concave blades; Lincoln quotes its 735 CFM output with the Prism flexible 13 ft extraction arm rather than the 5-8 ft telescopic arm in this package. The telescopic arm is counterweighted and can move in and out of its normal position. The Arc Sensor/Lamp Kit switches the fan on when it senses the arc flash, and a lamp/fan switch on the hood allows manual control of the light and fan.

Because the MERV 16 filter cleans itself, it trims both filter replacement costs and system maintenance. The filters load from the front, and an integrated spark arrestor captures large-sized particulate before it reaches them. The One-Pak format simplifies choosing the parts of a wall-mounted welding fume extraction system.
