Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount Fume Extractor, Dual 10 ft Arms, Arc Sensor
This Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount welding fume extractor is a dual-arm One-Pak that combines two flexible 10 ft extraction arms with two Prism 2400 fans, a disposable MERV 14 filter and an Arc Sensor/Lamp Kit. The wall-mounted, low-vacuum unit handles light to medium duty fume and suits job shops, welding schools and maintenance departments with fixed stations and tight floor space.
Working together in the dual arm configuration, the two Prism 2400 fans (115 V, 1-phase, 60 Hz, 1 HP) with self-cleaning concave blades provide 1,200 CFM of unrestricted airflow. The Arc Sensor/Lamp Kit switches the fan on when it senses the arc flash, and a lamp/fan switch on the hood allows manual control of the light and fan.
A disposable MERV 14 filter with a 3D pleated structure and 538 ft² (50 m²) of capacity handles filtration, and a spark arrestor in front of it serves as a pre-filter that catches larger-sized particulate. The One-Pak format simplifies choosing the components for a wall-mounted welding fume extraction system.
